About This Role:
As a Global Clinical Trials Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting the development and execution of patient recruitment and retention strategies for global clinical trials.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute patient recruitment plans for global clinical trials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful trial execution
- Provide management and oversight of vendors, ensuring quality, accuracy, and timeliness of deliverables
- Analyze recruitment reports and projections, making recommendations for strategy/tactic adjustments
- Manage IRB/EC submissions, translations, and material production and distribution
- Serve as a subject matter expert and mentor associate team members as needed

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in life sciences, scientific discipline, medical, or communication/business studies
- 3+ years CRO experience and 3 years patient recruitment or similar industry experience
- Strong understanding of clinical trial operations and patient recruitment
- Excellent communication and project management skills
