Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Financial Advisor to join our team and help individuals and families achieve their retirement goals. In this role, you'll work closely with clients to understand their financial needs and develop personalized plans to ensure a secure financial future.

You'll be responsible for conducting regular financial reviews, providing expert advice on retirement planning, investments, life insurance, and other financial products. Your ability to build trust and rapport with clients will be key to your success in this position.

  • Nurturing and growing relationships with existing clients to become their trusted financial advisor.
  • Conducting thorough financial assessments to provide tailored advice on retirement planning, investments, life insurance, and other financial products.
  • Expanding the client base through referrals, lead generation, and networking within the local community.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • QFA and RPA qualifications.
  • Technical knowledge of financial products, including pensions and life assurance.
  • Proven sales experience within the life and pensions industry, preferably in a broker environment.
  • A full driving license and strong understanding of regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills to build and maintain strong client relationships.
