Overview

At our retail store, we are seeking an ambitious Trainee Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Store Management Team, you will play a vital role in achieving our business objectives and contributing to team motivation and development.


Responsibilities

As a Trainee Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in the day-to-day running of the store. Your duties will include working alongside the Store Management Team to help the store achieve its defined Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and contributing to building team motivation and development.


Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have previous supervisory experience, with strong leadership and team development skills. They will have knowledge of retail sales operations and a track record of promoting superior customer service through product availability, store presentation, and personal service.
