AI-Driven Data Analytics Specialist

Expertise in technical analysis and best practice implementation is required to create innovative content for a broad range of clients.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Create thought-provoking technical analysis and best practice implementation content for clients across various industries.
  • Deliver high-impact content on evolving data and analytics environments, including topics such as Agentic Analytics, AI-Powered Analytics, Decision Intelligence, Graph Analytics, LLMs, RAG, Agentic AI, Analytics Engineering, and AI Data Engineering.
  • Develop new research ideas through thought leadership and offer compelling approaches to client needs and requests that accelerate their ability to act.
  • Develop in-depth technical analysis and implementation guidance to identify business challenges and reframe thinking to drive strategy forward.
  • Demonstrate expertise across a team of analysts.
  • Bring independent insights to leaders that can evolve the course of a research agenda.
  • Provide actionable advice aligned to designated content areas via virtual or face-to-face interactions with clients and prospects.
  • Create high-value presentation materials for Gartner events, industry conferences, and client briefings.
  • Support sales efforts by serving as a voice of the market to help research teams create content and drive engagement with clients.
  • Provide high-quality research content peer review.
  • Build credibility as an industry expert to represent Gartner research, methodology, and strategy.
  • Participate in innovation, ideation, and research discussions, collaborating effectively with peers in the research community.
  • Identify research process improvements or develop new processes to provide excellent service delivery.
  • Support junior team members as a mentor and coach.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 10+ years of relevant field or industry experience.
  • Executive presence and credibility with executives and stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Research and writing ability.
  • Strong written and verbal proficiency, analytical, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze and synthesize data and apply frameworks to create conclusions.
  • Subject matter expert comfortable presenting at speaking engagements.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across teams.
