This position offers significant exposure to sophisticated cross-border transactions and the dynamic global aviation sector. The successful candidate will contribute across the full transaction lifecycle, from letter of intent to closing, and assist in supporting post-delivery portfolio activities.
The Associate Lawyer will support internal deal teams on aircraft and engine leasing, acquisition, financing, and disposal transactions. They will also assist in the management of documentation processes, from negotiation through closing, ensuring compliance with internal policies and timelines.
