About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for enhancing distribution and driving sales growth for our globally acclaimed spirits brands within the Irish On-Trade. This will involve strategic selling techniques, commercial acumen, and the implementation of activation programs in key outlets.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage a core set of accounts within a territory to execute the On-Trade brand building plan and activation program.
  • Meet Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), including Daily Call-Rate, Distribution Growth, Rate of Sale Growth, and Volume Targets.
  • Develop customized solutions and provide expert advice on the Spirits Category to attain preferred partner status with key outlets.
  • Conduct brand training modules for trade professionals, utilizing Brand Managers and Sales Managers when necessary.
  • Record relevant outlet information through provided technology to track activation and deliver presentations.
  • Manage budgets to achieve KPI targets related to Pouring Accounts, Menu Presence, Listings, Activation, Incentives, Distribution, New Business Development (NBD) growth, and Rate of Sale (ROS) acceleration.
  • Identify opportunities through market intelligence and customer networking to target the right consumers.
  • Plan and manage the workday to ensure coverage during key trading times, involving evening work and residing within reasonable traveling distance of the core area.
