We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our boutique hotel in Wexford. This role will oversee all aspects of hotel operations, including accommodation, F&B, housekeeping, and guest services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the management team and staff to ensure high standards of service and operational efficiency.
- Maintain and develop operational policies, procedures, and service standards.
- Manage staffing, training, and team development.
- Monitor budgets and financial performance.
Requirements:
The successful candidate will have proven experience in senior hotel operations, ideally in a boutique or 4-star property. They should have a track record in managing hotel refurbishment or renovation projects and possess strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Financial acumen with experience in budgeting and cost control is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are also required.
