Talent Acquisition Role:

This is an exciting opportunity for a seasoned professional to play a key role in engaging and recruiting top talent across Europe. Reporting to the Principal Talent Advisor, this position involves managing a portfolio of openings and exceeding client expectations.

The successful candidate will have 8+ years of progressively responsible experience in Talent Acquisition/Recruitment, preferably in Biotech or pharmaceuticals. Strong technical expertise, including strategic sourcing, candidate management, data analysis, and project management, is essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities include:

  • Managing a portfolio of openings to exceed client expectations and ensure a positive candidate experience
  • Applying strong technical expertise in implementing solutions to find top talent
  • Developing and maintaining relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR colleagues
  • Utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office skills to manage high-volume requisitions
  • Meeting or exceeding quantitative goals and demonstrating success in a rapidly changing environment

Requirements include:

  • 8+ years of progressively responsible Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience
  • Biotech or pharmaceutical experience highly desired
  • In-house recruitment experience strongly preferred
  • Demonstrated success in managing full 360-degree recruitment process for R&D and Commercial roles
  • Outstanding client service, problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Strong influencing and negotiating skills
  • A strong understanding of compensation guidelines, legal implications in hiring, and relocation and immigration processes
  • Experience utilizing Applicant Tracking Systems and Microsoft Office skills
