Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced mechanical engineer to lead and support engineering projects across international manufacturing sites. The successful candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering, with hands-on experience in practical engineering roles.

The key responsibilities of this role include:

  1. Leading and supporting engineering projects from design through to installation and commissioning.
  2. Traveling extensively to support sites in various locations around the world.
  3. Delivering practical engineering solutions to improve safety, efficiency, and performance across manufacturing systems.
  4. Collaborating with site teams, suppliers, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
  5. Contributing to continuous improvement initiatives and supporting compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following skills and qualifications:

  • Mechanical engineering degree (essential).
  • 3-5+ years' experience in a practical engineering role - hands-on manufacturing, fabrication, or trade backgrounds preferred.
  • Experience with CAD or similar software; able to read 2D/3D technical drawings and P&IDs.
  • Strong project management, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, international environment with extended travel.
