Are you a highly skilled engineer looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience in mechanical and/or electrical maintenance? We're seeking a talented Amazon Site Maintenance and Repair Expert to join our team.
As a key member of our Reliability Maintenance Engineering (RME) team, you will be responsible for maintaining the availability and quality of our equipment. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Proactive and preventative maintenance tasks on a wide range of site equipment
- Reactive repairs and fault diagnosis in a live distribution warehouse
- Utilizing the latest tools to maximize equipment effectiveness
- Maintaining all health and safety policies and practices
- Supporting the development and progression of on-site apprentices
- Implementing continuous improvement projects and rolling out best practices across multiple EU sites
You will work closely with senior colleagues to perform day-to-day maintenance tasks and collaborate with contractors when necessary. Your ability to work on a range of shifts is essential, as you will need to ensure our sites are supported 24/7.
