Financial Planning Manager

We are looking for a highly skilled Financial Planning Manager to join our team at TN Ireland. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the consolidation of Global Operations and Supply Chain (GOSC) FP&A processes.
This role requires a strong understanding of financial planning and operations, with experience in leading teams and implementing strategic initiatives. You will work closely with GOSC finance leadership and corporate consolidations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of FP&A processes, timelines, and analysis.

Job Description
In this role, you will be responsible for leading the preparation and presentation of GOSC analysis, KPIs, financial performance commentary, and forecasting to various levels of management.
Additionally, you will proactively partner with stakeholders in the analysis of trends and anomalies in results.
Required Skills and Qualifications
- 7+ years relevant experience and relevant level 8 degree
- Strong ability to partner with senior leadership and implement strategy, shift from tactical to strategic
- Leadership and high ethical, performance standards
- Experience leading team and accomplishing work through others, recruit, retains and develop talent
- Strong financial analysis and accounting skills
- Team player in a matrix structure with excellent communication/presentation skills
