We are seeking a skilled Lead Pricing Specialist to join our Commercial Lines team. This role offers the opportunity to shape how we price our products and deliver value for our customers while driving profitable growth.
As a key member of our pricing team, you will lead rate reviews and build pricing tools that inform smart business decisions. You will monitor performance, identify trends in our portfolio, and automate processes to boost efficiency. Additionally, you will act as a pricing lead on cross-functional projects and collaborate across teams to drive growth and exceptional customer outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead rate reviews and build pricing tools that drive informed decision-making.
- Monitor performance and analyze portfolio trends to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Automate and improve processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Act as pricing lead on cross-functional projects, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication across teams.
Requirements:
- A degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or a related field.
- Experience in Commercial Lines pricing, with a strong understanding of general insurance pricing techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and effectively.
- Knowledge of Python is a plus, but not required.
