  • You will collaborate closely with our Commercial and Technical teams to ensure alignment with business objectives and customer needs.
  • Your expertise in food technology, food science, or a related field will enable you to develop and implement effective NPD strategies.
  • You will also be responsible for managing projects from concept to launch, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Lead and manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritizing tasks, and allocating resources effectively.
  • Innovation: Develop and implement new product ideas, focusing on customer insights, market trends, and business needs.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Commercial, Technical, and Operations, to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Communication: Effectively communicate project progress, challenges, and outcomes to stakeholders, including senior management, customers, and suppliers.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensure all products meet quality, safety, and regulatory standards, conducting regular quality checks and implementing corrective actions as needed.

Requirements

  • Education: Degree in Food Technology, Food Science, or a related field.
  • Experience: Proven track record in New Product Development, preferably in the food industry.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and project management skills, excellent communication and collaboration skills, and a deep understanding of food technology and food science principles.
  • Certifications: Relevant certifications, such as HACCP, ISO 22000, or SQF, are an advantage.
