High Net Worth Private Client Lawyer

This role offers a unique opportunity to join a leading national practice expanding its private client department due to continued growth and market demand.

About the Role:

We are seeking a qualified solicitor with at least 6 years PQE to provide top-tier private client advice, primarily dealing with high net worth clients. You will handle high-value trust matters with a focus on quality over volume and manage complex inheritance tax and capital gains tax issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality private client services to affluent clients, often referred by commercial teams.
  • Work closely with colleagues to achieve exceptional outcomes for clients.
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with at least 6 years PQE experience in private client work.
  • Strong knowledge of private client law, including trusts, inheritance tax, and capital gains tax.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
