We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Family Resource Centre Manager to lead our team in delivering high-quality family support services. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in shaping the future of our organization and making a real difference in the lives of families and individuals.

Key Objectives
- Oversee the daily operations of the Centre, ensuring smooth delivery of services and maintaining effective governance, policy implementation, and compliance.
- Drive local engagement, encouraging representation from key target groups in governance structures, and promote leadership development by empowering individuals and groups.
- Build and sustain strong networks with community organizations, voluntary groups, and statutory agencies, collaborating with the Board of Management to influence policy at local, regional, and national levels.

Skills and Qualifications
- Proven track record in family support, community development, and operations management.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
- Ability to think strategically, develop and implement plans, and manage budgets and resources efficiently.
