**Job Title:** Hotel Maintenance Manager

**Job Description:** We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations within our hotel. As the successful candidate, you will manage a team of maintenance staff, ensure compliance with safety regulations, and maintain the hotel's facilities and equipment to the highest standards.

**Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage a team of maintenance staff, providing guidance and support.
  • Develop and implement maintenance schedules to ensure the smooth operation of hotel facilities.
  • Conduct regular inspections and identify areas for improvement.
  • Prioritize and coordinate maintenance tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ensure compliance with Fire, Health, and Safety regulations.
  • Foster positive relationships with other department heads to ensure seamless collaboration.

**Ideal Candidate:** To be successful in this role, you will have excellent work history from the maintenance sector in large properties (2-3 years ideally). You should also have previous management experience managing a team. Key skills include the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment, be standards-driven, and have excellent knowledge of Fire, Health, and Safety.
