This role is part of a comprehensive service providing case management and treatment support for individuals struggling with problematic alcohol use.
Key Responsibilities:- Deliver high-quality case management and treatment services to clients in the North Dublin City and County area.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients, families, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless care coordination.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., social work, psychology, nursing).
- Minimum 2 years of experience working with vulnerable populations.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
