The Role
We are seeking a seasoned Sr. Mid-Market Account Executive to spearhead sales efforts within small, mid-market, and commercial accounts. As a critical member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales objectives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences and stay up-to-date on industry trends, market analysis, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and drive growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales objectives.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within target accounts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless delivery of customer solutions.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform sales strategies and drive growth.
Requirements
- 1-3+ years of full sales cycle experience gained within software or solution sales organizations.
- Proven track record of success in telesales, lead follow-up, cold calling, or new business sales capacity.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to navigate complex sales cycles and negotiate deals effectively.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, sales force automation, and enterprise resource planning technologies.
