  • Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define technical requirements and dependencies for upgrade projects.
  • Develop detailed upgrade plans, including timelines, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies.
  • Upgrade Execution and Deployment: Lead technical aspects of upgrade projects, including software installation, configuration, and testing.
  • Coordinate with development and testing teams to ensure smooth transition to upgraded systems.
  • Implement deployment strategies to minimize downtime and disruption to client operations.
  • Testing and Quality Assurance: Help develop and execute test plans to validate functionality, performance, and compatibility of upgraded systems.
