**Job Title:** Seasonal Retail Sales AssociateAre you a highly motivated individual with excellent customer service skills? Do you have experience in sales and retail?We are seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a positive store environment.**Key Responsibilities:**- Provide outstanding customer service by responding promptly to customer inquiries and resolving any issues efficiently.- Drive sales growth through upselling and cross-selling opportunities, as well as promoting relevant products to customers.- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, adhering to company standards and guidelines.- Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and provide support during peak periods.- Utilize knowledge of products and services to make informed recommendations to customers.- Participate in visual merchandising activities to ensure an attractive and engaging store display.**Requirements:- Prior experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in sales or retail.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues.- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with point-of-sale systems and other retail technology.**What We Offer:- Competitive hourly rate.- Free product discounts.- Flexible scheduling to accommodate your needs.- Opportunities for career development and advancement within the company.- A dynamic and supportive work environment.
