Maintenance Coordinator - Manufacturing Job Summary

Hunter Savage is seeking a talented Maintenance Coordinator to lead the maintenance programme at our Ashbourne facility. This is a key role that requires strong leadership and technical skills to ensure world-class maintenance and reliability across production systems.

Main Responsibilities:
- Plan and schedule maintenance activities to maximise uptime and efficiency.
- Oversee a team of maintenance professionals, ensuring objectives and expectations are met.
- Utilise CMMS (Maximo) to optimise maintenance processes and reporting.
- Drive improvements in maintenance effectiveness, including preventive strategies, parts inventory management, and data analysis.
- Manage contractors and ensure all external work is completed to the required standards.
- Maintain compliance with health & safety regulations and quality standards.
- Analyse maintenance metrics to reduce costs and enhance reliability.

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a maintenance planning/scheduling role within an industrial setting.
- Strong knowledge of CMMS systems, production maintenance, and site facilities management.
- Third-level qualification in Engineering, Electrical, Mechanical, or equivalent training.
- Proven experience leading teams and driving maintenance performance.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and organisational skills.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
