The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating product sales, managing customer orders, and supporting business operations. This role involves updating the sales team and clients on order progress, maintaining records of customer accounts, and liaising with couriers for deliveries within the UK and Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Update sales team and clients on order progress
  • Maintain records of customer accounts
  • Liaise with couriers for deliveries within the UK and Ireland
  • Coordinate administration aspects of Pumps, Water Treatment Service, and Filtration business
  • Prepare quotes for Water Treatment analysis and keep record of numbers for customers
  • Receive and process orders and queries from Water Treatment Customers
  • Prepare shop orders and shop order requisitions on ERP system
  • Coordinate payments for accounts and update records of same
  • Manage delivery documentation on ERP system by customer order number
  • Prepare delivery dockets for customers
