We are seeking an experienced Social Care Professional to fill the role of Person in Charge in our client's disability service in Swinford, Mayo. As Person in Charge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to those who use our client's services.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' managerial experience within a Social Care Setting and a professional degree (minimum level 7) in Social Care or a relevant qualification. Experience in managing residential services and a Level 6 management qualification are highly desirable.
- You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with Department of Health Regulations and HIQA Standards.
- You will lead a team of professionals who deliver high-quality care and support to individuals with disabilities.
- You will have a working knowledge of legislation and HIQA standards of care.
- You will possess strong leadership skills and experience working with individuals with autism.
