Financial Operations Leader

Role Overview

The Financial Operations Leader will be responsible for managing all financial operations, including reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the finance team and oversee financial operations
  • Provide strategic financial guidance to senior leadership and the board
  • Oversee month-end and year-end close processes, ensuring timely completion and accuracy
  • Develop and implement cost control initiatives to optimize cash flow and working capital
  • Liaise with external auditors, banks, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration
  • Support business transformation and process improvement projects to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards, maintaining a high level of corporate governance
Requirements

The ideal candidate will be a qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with significant experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors. They should also be available for a short-term contract and willing to make a significant impact.
