About the Role
We are looking for an experienced professional with a strong background in mechanical and electrical services. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to urgent repair requests for mechanical, electrical systems, and infrastructure, including kitchen equipment.
- Handling emergency maintenance and repairs for Mechanical and Electrical Services installations and equipment.
- Conducting regular visits for day-to-day maintenance issues and planned maintenance programs.
- Appointing, supervising, and inspecting contractors for maintenance repairs and projects, ensuring quality work.
- Ensuring compliance with regulations and legislation, focusing on health and safety.
- Preparing and submitting condition reports on properties, maintaining updated records of plant and equipment.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Demonstrable Mechanical / Electrical Design & Installation experience.
- An understanding of Project Management.
- Contract Management knowledge - NEC3/4 Construction & Health and Safety Management experience.
- A valid CSR card.
- ONC / HNC in Mechanical / Electrical fields.
