We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Part-Time Retail Sales Advisor in our store.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for retail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. They will be responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, assisting customers in selecting the perfect footwear, maintaining store presentation standards, handling cash and card transactions accurately, and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring customers leave the store satisfied with their purchase.
  • Assisting Customers: Assist customers in finding the right footwear, providing expert advice and guidance.
  • Store Maintenance: Maintain store standards, including stock displays and cleanliness, ensuring a welcoming environment for customers.
  • Cash Handling: Handle cash and card transactions accurately, following company procedures.
  • Sales Performance: Meet or exceed sales targets, contributing to the overall success of the store.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Prior Experience: Previous experience in a sales or retail environment is preferred but not essential.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and customers.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work weekdays, weekends, and bank holidays as required, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
