A dynamic and challenging opportunity has arisen for an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to join our organization in Galway. This full-time role is based in the city and will involve working closely with healthcare professionals and other members of the Occupational Health team to develop and deliver occupational health services to staff.
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing pre-employment medicals and screenings
- Absence management and case coordination
- Conducting ergonomic assessments and risk evaluations
- Enhancing OH related processes and services delivered to colleagues
Requirements:
- Qualified Registered General Nurse on the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland register
- Relevant qualification in Occupational Health (desired)
- Relevant experience in an Occupational Health role, including spirometry, audiometry, VDU, phlebotomy and absence case management (desired)
Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, onsite 5 days a week
