About the Role

As a Financial & Regulatory Reporting Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team that ensures compliance with all Financial & Regulatory Reporting requirements. You will work closely with the local team and the UHG wider team to achieve this goal.

This role requires strong financial accounting background and technical skills in financial reporting and analysis. Experience with Corporate Financial Accounting Systems, Interactive Data Software and advanced MS Excel skills, including data analysis (e.g. PeopleSoft, Power BI, MS Excel) is highly desirable.

  1. Preparation of Financial Reports: Preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in accordance with Irish & US GAAP and Solvency II regulatory requirements within strict deadlines.
  2. Audit Planning and Delivery: Internal and external Audit planning, delivery, supervision and reporting.
  3. Data Analysis and Improvement: Build knowledge of the data flow and architecture within various platforms and delivery of services and understanding the potential for process improvement within a rapidly expanding business.
  4. Stakeholder Coordination: Internal and External support department coordination (Treasury, Tax, Actuarial, Shared Services, IT, etc.).
  5. Project Support: Work with various stakeholders and business functions on finance data related projects.
  6. Process Documentation: Documentation of process and procedures and identifying best practices.
