About the Role

  • Develop and implement tax planning strategies to include asset holding structures, personal taxation, shareholder issues, succession, estate planning, and family offices.
  • Prepare detailed technical tax advice on various tax issues, including research of tax legislation and case law.
  • Collaborate with other Deloitte offices worldwide as part of globally coordinated client programs.
  • Manage billings and fee collection for allocated clients.
  • Delegate, manage, and review trainee work on allocated clients.
  • Present in-house tax training courses and assist with client presentations as required.

Requirements

  • Auditor or Chartered Tax Adviser qualified tax professional with minimum 4 years PQE.
  • Strong tax technical knowledge - experience of advising clients of asset holding structures, personal taxation, shareholder issues, succession, and estate planning would be an advantage.
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and project management skills.
  • Experience working as part of a private clients team would be beneficial.
