Main Responsibilities

  • Identify and address operational issues, implementing solutions that optimize resource utilization and improve efficiency.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of hospital-wide initiatives, supporting strategic planning and goal achievement.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant policies, procedures, and regulations governing healthcare provision.
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
  • Registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Ireland (NMBI).
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in a senior nursing management role, preferably in an acute hospital setting.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to analyze complex data, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
