The Role:
The Legal PA will be responsible for a range of high-level duties, best suited to an experienced PA who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities include:
- Managing emails, calendars, meetings, and events
- Managing travel arrangements, including client reports and travel packs
- Serving as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
- Overseeing monthly billing, time allocation, and invoice preparation
- Managing expense submissions accurately and on time
- Utilizing Microsoft Office to produce high-quality documents and presentations
- Providing support to other PAs in the practice group and handling ad hoc duties as needed
Essential Criteria:
- Experience as a Legal PA/Secretary in a busy environment
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with case management & billing systems
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365
- Strong written/verbal communication skills
