To be successful in this role, you will need experience of working with people with dementia, older people, or people with intellectual disabilities. A FETAC level 5 qualification is desirable but not essential.

You will also need good communication and organisational skills, as well as the ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team. You must be able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
