Job Title: Process Reliability Specialist

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Reliability Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing engineering solutions to prevent repetitive failures and costly equipment problems.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering, with a minimum of 3 years of professional experience in a similar role. They will also possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develops and implements engineering solutions to prevent repetitive failures and costly equipment problems
  • Maintains Condition Based Maintenance (CBM) program, including vibration, thermography, and other predictive analyses
  • Analyses equipment history within the CMMS to assure effectiveness of all maintenance efforts, reducing regulatory concerns
  • Reduces and improves maintenance work, assuring efficient and reliable operation of plant, process, and equipment

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Engineering degree qualification, preferably mechanical or electrical
  • 3+ years of professional experience
  • Desirable +3 years of experience working in a similar role in industrial environment or within a specialized consultancy
  • Ability to analyse and identify trends and patterns
  • CMMS knowledge highly desirable
  • Analytics experience with maintenance data can be an advantage
