Program Director
You will lead and direct multidisciplinary teams to deliver complex, multi-stakeholder projects within a broader organizational transformation initiative.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and coordinate teams including Solution Architecture, Engineering, Business Analysis, Testing, and Business Readiness
- Develop, manage, and report on project budgets, charters, plans, risks, and resource requirements
- Ensure delivery against scope, time, cost, and quality metrics
- Engage and align with senior stakeholders across IT, Underwriting, Sales, and Finance
- Govern vendor and third-party contributions to project outcomes
- Provide clear reporting and risk management to leadership and steering groups
- Facilitate service transition and production readiness
- Minimum 7 years' experience in project management, ideally in large-scale transformation initiatives
- Proven track record in legacy system migration within a financial services environment
- Strong experience across the full project lifecycle and governance models
- Background in general insurance, life assurance, or financial services highly preferred
- Proficiency with MS Project and Microsoft Office Suite
- Relevant certifications (. PMP, PRINCE2, CAPM)
- Agile/SCRUM experience an advantage
