Dynamic Fund Administrator Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in the finance and banking services team and partner with our business to provide comprehensive administration services to private equity firms and institutional investors.

As a dynamic fund administrator, you will operate in a client-centric model, taking full ownership of all aspects of fund administration including client services, financial reporting, investor relations, and capital event servicing.

Responsibilities include managing monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting, audit, and reporting functions for a portfolio of closed-ended and semi-closed-ended private equity and debt funds. You will also be responsible for maintaining LP / investors' capital calls, distributions, investor financial reports and capital statements.

  • A proactive attitude demonstrating the ability to multi-task and work to tight reporting deadlines.
  • Strong organisational and planning skills.
  • Dedicated to doing the right thing showing ownership and accountability.
  • Ability to develop self and the global team to improve processes and client outcomes.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in fund administration or a related field.
  • High level of technical proficiency in relevant software applications.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
