About the Position

Role Summary

This position involves working as a Field Service Engineer at TN Ireland. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering exceptional technical support to customers and resolving complex instrument issues.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Provide expert technical support and resolve instrument issues
  2. Conduct thorough investigations and resolutions of field complaints
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop enhancements or new workflows
  4. Communicate effectively with customers and management teams

Requirements:

  • Engineering degree (Mechanical, System, Electrical, Biomedical Engineering or Software)
  • At least 3 years' experience in medical device instrumentation
  • Strong understanding of complex medical device equipment
  • Ability to develop a thorough understanding of instruments and tests they perform
