Chief Branch Operations Manager

This is a critical leadership role responsible for overseeing all aspects of branch operations.
- Drive business growth and profitability through strategic premium and product offerings in local markets.
- Promote a seamless customer experience, delivering key objectives by leveraging our retail and commercial insurance services.
- Encourage simplification and facilitate self-service, customer-centric convenience with an approachable human touch.
- Leverage our local customer base through tailored engagement strategies.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing staff performance through coaching, development, and support to achieve team goals.
- Ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and governance procedures.
- Participating in cross-functional departmental projects to drive business success.
- Identifying market trends through data analysis and providing insights for informed decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have:
- A qualification in both personal and commercial general insurance.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar or financial services role with a proven ability to manage teams.
- A full clean driving licence.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites - Word, Excel, and Outlook.
