The Radiology department of a Dublin hospital is seeking an experienced Senior CT Radiographer to join their team. The department delivers first-class cross-sectional imaging services and provides a comprehensive, patient-centred service.

Job Description:
The Senior CT Radiographer will be responsible for providing a first-class clinical and professional service, working under the supervision of the Radiology Services Manager (RSM) and Clinical Specialist Radiographers. They will lead the delivery of radiography services in a professional and efficient manner, collaborate as part of a multidisciplinary team, and adhere to all departmental imaging protocols.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a busy Radiology department and demonstrate a proven ability to take initiative and work under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills are essential, as is evidence of continuing professional development. Flexibility in role and a willingness to take on additional duties as required are also important attributes.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates must hold a Diploma/Degree of Radiography, be CORU registered, and have a minimum of 3 years' experience in a busy Radiology department. They should also have a strong track record of teamwork, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to ongoing professional development.
As a Senior CT Radiographer, the successful candidate will have a high capacity for responsibility and individual initiative, with a proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also be able to stay up-to-date with current radiographic techniques and imaging developments, participating in in-service training as needed.
