Job Description

FLI Precast Solutions is a leading manufacturer of precast concrete elements. As a Maintenance Fabricator, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our production facilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for completing welding and steel fabrication work, repairing and maintaining equipment and plant, and providing mechanical maintenance support to the operation of the manufacturing process and utility systems. This will involve carrying out preventive and predictive maintenance routines, planning and participating in project work and planned shutdowns, and supporting the production team in achieving targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications
* Trade qualification in a relevant field
* Minimum three years' experience in a similar role
* Ability to MIG and ARC weld essential
* Steel fabrication knowledge and ability
* Knowledge of and ability to perform iron works
* Ability to operate a range of tools and machinery
* Ability to read detailed drawings
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Team player
