Site Maintenance Manager

This role is responsible for ensuring all site facilities are well maintained and comply with environmental, health, safety, and quality regulations.

The successful candidate will monitor site conditions, oversee contractor performance, and ensure adherence to defined scopes of work.

They will coordinate contractors and align with management directives to deliver efficient and effective site operations.

  • Coordinate maintenance activities on site.
  • Manage logistics and contract compliance for concentrate transport.
  • Oversee all site services and contractor performance.
  • Support financial planning and budgeting.
  • Participate in equipment procurement and services.
  • Lead and support site improvement projects.
  • Attend management meetings.
  • Monitor project progress, budgets, and delivery timelines.
  • Develop and update standard operating procedures for site maintenance.
  • Create training programs for site operations.
  • Ensure compliance with EHS and HR standards.
  • Maintain digital systems for contracts and safety records.
  • Track contractor KPIs and service performance metrics.
  • Promote sustainability and environmental responsibility.
  • Participate in emergency response and incident investigations.
