Job Title: Home Care Professional

We are seeking dedicated individuals to provide high standards of care and support in clients' homes across Ireland.

This is an excellent opportunity for a compassionate person who is looking to make a positive impact on people's lives, whilst working independently in a flexible role.

You will be responsible for delivering personalized care and support services to our clients, promoting their independence and dignity at all times.

About the Role

The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and their families. You will be required to work as part of a team, providing a high level of care and support to our clients.

You must have a kind and caring attitude, a full driving licence and access to a car, one year of paid experience in care or relevant qualifications (QQI Level 5 or equivalent). Eligibility to work in Ireland is also required.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality care and support services to clients in their own homes.
  • Assist clients with personal care such as toileting, washing, dressing, etc.
  • Provide practical support such as house cleaning, cooking, dish washing, etc.
  • Promote clients' independence and choice where possible.
