Job Description:
  • Provide onsite and on-call assistance to end-users within the organisation's desktop computing environment in a timely and accurate fashion.
  • Troubleshoot Computer OS/Peripherals and handle Different PC Operating Systems (Windows 7/8 and 10).
  • Perform Hardware and Software installations (understanding of deployment tools like SCCM) and have a basic knowledge of SOE and group policies.
  • Support Printers and have Good knowledge of MS Office tools installation & troubleshooting.

This role requires excellent customer service and people skills, as well as field experience supporting a variety of technologies and services.

The ideal candidate will have Advanced technical abilities, including solid troubleshooting skills applicable to Windows, Apple, and virtual operating systems.

You must be able to manage time and resources to meet or exceed expectations in high-profile situations while maintaining professionalism under pressure.
