Data Scientist Machine Learning Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for designing and building cutting-edge machine learning models that drive business growth and innovation.
Key Qualifications:- 10+ years of industry experience in machine learning with a strong track record of delivering high-quality results.
- Expertise in machine learning tools, libraries, and frameworks such as scikit-learn, pandas, numpy, pytorch, and mllib.
- Excellent knowledge of major machine learning algorithms, including statistical regression and deep learning.
- Proven ability to train and evaluate ML models in production with proper pipelines and metrics.
- Proficiency in at least one programming language, preferably Python.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with SQL and various database technologies.
- Excellent written, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
Description: This role involves building a suite of data, AI, and machine learning products, including but not limited to LLM and GenAI. Responsibilities include collaborating with business stakeholders to clarify requirements, use cases, and business metrics; working with data engineers to set up data pipelines and prepare datasets for modeling; partnering with domain experts to understand data and create features for model training; designing, building, and evaluating models; partnering with SRE team for deployment; monitoring model performance and re-training as necessary; and communicating model insights to secure business adoption.
