Trainee Management Role

This developmental opportunity is designed to prepare candidates for a successful transition into a leadership position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Motivating Others: Encourages team effort, builds cohesion, and maintains motivation.
  • Staff Training and Development: Understands and delivers training needs, gives feedback, and appraises performance.
  • Effective Administration: Accurately adheres to administration systems, checks standards of accuracy, and follows written and verbal instructions.
Training Process

The comprehensive training program lasts approximately 12 months, covering day-to-day running of premises, working as a member of the management team, and shadowing the manager to eventually managing shifts independently.

Candidates will be expected to work across various stores and participate in ongoing reviews every 3 months during the program.

A probationary period of 6 months ensures candidates meet the required criteria.
