About the Role

This Business Systems Graduate Trainee role offers an opportunity to be deeply involved in implementing and supporting a new Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system. You will work closely with the implementation team and engage in the roll out and support of the new ERP system and its edge applications.

The successful candidate will be based at our Head Office and will have the chance to develop skills and technical knowledge required to progress in their career.

Key Responsibilities
  • A varied role within a dynamic business environment supporting, troubleshooting and problem solving during and after new ERP system roll out
  • Working directly with team and users to closely understand business processes
  • Learning the core functionality of the ERP system and its edge applications
  • Developing applications around the business's processes and business needs
  • Documenting and training users on new processes
  • Administration of user accounts, permission and master data quality within the ERP system
  • Working across the business to ensure ERP best practices are established and followed
  • Analysing new and existing business systems and offering new ideas for improvement
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A BS degree in Computer Science or IT related equivalent (preferably with a focus on business and/or Finance)
  • Enthusiasm for business and software systems/operations

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
