AI/ML Senior Technical Program Manager

This role involves leading complex technical decisions across multiple teams and influencing cross-functional collaboration to drive impactful outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Drive technical decision-making processes, ensuring alignment among stakeholders and team members.">
  • Collaborate with engineering, security, architecture, product, and PMO teams to transform ambiguous opportunities into actionable results.">
  • Communicate schedules, priorities, and status to various stakeholders, fostering transparency and trust.">
  • Facilitate vendor interactions and manage open issues, feature requests, and production readiness.">
  • Manage end-to-end implementation from project charter to delivery, monitoring performance and adoption.">

Requirements:

">

To be successful in this role, you will need:

">
  • ">
  • 5+ years of experience as a technical program manager in AI/ML, with a solid technical background and ability to quickly understand technical designs, challenges, and risks.">
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field and proven record of interfacing with multi-disciplinary teams and partners.">
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders, driving decision making and breaking down complex problems.">
  • Experience managing distributed scrum teams and skilled in foreseeing challenges in deliverables and their mitigation strategies.">

Preferred Qualifications:

Candidates with experience in Platform Engineering space, working with software engineering leadership, technical teams, and individual contributors, will be highly regarded.
