Job Description:

This permanent full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic and progressive environment, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver person-centred dietetic care to children and young people presenting with complex disabilities.

You will be responsible for providing expert nutrition support, addressing feeding, eating, drinking, and swallowing difficulties, and working closely with other healthcare professionals to achieve optimal outcomes.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Current CORU registration approved by the Dietitians Registration Board
  • A minimum of five years' post-qualification dietetic experience, with at least four consecutive years in paediatric dietetics
  • Experience working with children with complex health needs
  • Knowledge of assessment and treatment of complex feeding issues
  • Postgraduate continuing professional development relevant to a specialism within dietetics
  • Research and audit skills with a proven track record
  • Leadership and team management skills, including ability to work with multidisciplinary teams
  • Excellent communication, initiative, and time management skills
  • Full driver's licence and access to own car
