Corporate Risk Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team as a Corporate Risk Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for dealing with ongoing queries from members, employers and other stakeholders, adhering to company policies, procedures and controls to ensure that the expected levels of service and support are provided to all Clients.

  • Providing professional administration services for Corporate Clients.
  • Oversight of the risk renewal process.
  • Client management and engagement.
  • Insurer management and legislative governance of Risk schemes for our clients.
  • Supporting the Wealth Retirement Consultants to ensure all aspects of clients Group Risk benefits are up to date and accurate.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing expert advice on Corporate Risk matters.
  • Managing Client relationships and expectations.
  • Coordinating Risk renewals and associated tasks.
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulations.
  • Collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver exceptional client service.

As a key member of the team, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and knowledge in various areas, including Risk, Healthcare, Pension and Online Employee Portals. In a fast-paced environment, you will work closely with experts who are passionate about delivering high-quality results.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Achieved or working towards qualification in QFA or IIPM.
  • Experience in Employee Benefits, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in the administration of Group Risk and a willingness to learn across other product lines.
  • Excellent IT skills, particularly in Excel and Microsoft Suite.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build effective relationships with clients and colleagues.
