We are currently seeking an experienced Construction Recruitment Consultant to join our busy division and work on our Trades & Labour temp desk. This role is focused on the recruitment of temporary T&L staff for our clients in Dublin & Leinster area.
Responsibilities include:
- Candidate Engagement: Consult with trades and labour professionals to match them with the right opportunities
- Candidate Sourcing, Screening & Support: Interview and assess candidates to ensure they meet client needs
- Candidate Management: Track and support candidates, handle administration, and resolve payroll/timesheet queries
- Compliance: Ensure all temp workers have the necessary qualifications (e.g., Safe Pass, Manual Handling)
- Client Management: Build strong relationships, manage processes, negotiate terms, and provide expert consultation
Requirements include:
- Minimum 2 years experience in recruitment (more is always welcome)
- Experience with temporary recruitment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of construction and building services industry
