We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Athlone. The successful candidate will work at the till, maintain a clean store and well-stocked shelves. They will also support the Store Manager in daily store operations.
Key Responsibilities- Assist customers with their inquiries, provide product information, and offer assistance with purchases.
- Operate the cash register, process transactions accurately, and handle payments.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store, including stocking shelves and arranging displays.
- Perform heavy lifting tasks, such as moving crates of stock or large items, to ensure adequate inventory levels and proper store organization.
The ideal candidate will possess:
- Conversational English language skills, which are essential for this role.
- Proficiency in one of the Eastern European languages (e.g., Romanian, Polish, Ukrainian, Russian, Lithuanian, Latvian, Croatian, etc.).
- Sales experience is preferred, but not mandatory.
- Full flexibility is required, including the availability to work on day shifts: 5 days a week from Monday to Sunday, which may include bank holidays.
